Anthony Drew
Chair

Anthony is a partner in Ogilvie Ross, a specialist consultancy based in Kinross, where he provides strategic communication and negotiation advice across the UK and Europe

He joined the horsescotland board in October 2018, and has a strong desire to help horsescotland develop, and to provide commercial support and advice.

Anthony was introduced to horses when he moved to Dundee to go to university, and horses have played an ever increasing role in his life. His wife runs the horse programme at Teen Ranch Scotland and has been riding since an early age. His daughter, who has just completed her degree in Equine Science and Sports Performance, has played Polocrosse for Scotland and Ireland. Despite these influences, and 7 horses, Anthony is very much their driver and groom and he restricts his riding to the occasional treks when on holiday.

An intriguing fact about Anthony is that he was born with 5 fingers on his left hand, or in case that is too weird, he has written and published a book called Two Red Lines and a Toy Box.
