About Us

David has 15 years of marketing leadership experience, from Chief Marketing Officer of a fast-growth startup to founding Frank & Josef, a consultancy specialising in brand strategy and implementation.

David brings hands-on experience in crafting and executing marketing plans that drive engagement and growth. While he’s not a full-time equestrian, David learned to ride in his early 20s, celebrated his 30th with a stay on a ranch, and one of his first clients in consultancy was an equestrian business.
