Does this sound like you?
You will have an underlying passion for equestrian sport and the equestrian community, whether it’s being a participant or competing within your local riding centre.
We are eager to get a diverse variety of input to help shape and challenge our strategy.

Ultimately you will act as a champion for young adults supporting our Board. You will be an ambitious individual, that can gain the focus of a room and present your thoughts or opinions in a professional manner. We will expect you to bring a unique set of perspectives to the table, challenge and drive new ways for us to engage with young adults. As you will be able to influence decision-making, policy, practice and the strategic direction of horsescotland..

The panel will be made up of twelve people aged between 14-25 from all areas and levels (grassroots to elite) that will be divided into sub-groups. One term will be 12 months, with intakes taking place in September and 6 months later - allowing for overlap between groups so different people can work together. There will be an option for an extension.
