Susan joined the Board in October 2017. Susan is a fellow of the CIPD and has over 30 years experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development in both public and private sector organisations across the UK and Ireland.  She is particularly interested in coaching and developing talent.

After 13 years of spending her weekends watching her sons play rugby Susan is now returning to equestrianism and looking forward to spending more time with her two horses.

Susan is keen to offer human resource expertise to support the horsescotland board achieve industry best practice.
